    It is mainly used for implant such as artificial tooth root, artificial hip joint, bone screw, bone plate and implant rod. These new β-titanium alloys have a low elastic modulus, which is important for reducing the occurrence of "stress shielding", preventing bone density loss and reducing the probability of implant failure.
