Hafnium Pellets Hf Pellets

Hafnium Pellets (Hf Pellets) have a great ability to shed electrons into the air and have a high melting point. Hafnium Pellets (Hf Pellets) can be used in semiconductors, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low-Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Metallic-Organic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), etc.

    Hafnium Pellets Description:

Containing over 99.8% zirconium with a small amount of hafnium, Hf pellets exhibit high density, strength, and refractory properties. With extremely high melting points, these pellets are ideally suited for applications like control rods and shielding in nuclear reactors. They also find use in plasma cutting electrodes and other high-temperature applications up to 2500°C.

    Hafnium Pellets Application:

Hafnium Pellets (Hf Pellets) can be used in semiconductors, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, Low-Temperature Organic Evaporation, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Metallic-Organic and Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), etc.
